<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric insulating resin excellent in heat resistance and little deterioration of physical properties even in high-temperature use. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a polyurethane resin formation composition for electric insulation of electric/electronic components, in which an isocyanate component (A) and an active hydrogen compound component (B) are indispensable components, for forming polyurethane resin by mixing the isocyanate component (A) and the active hydrogen compound component (B), a polymer polyol composition (C) including a dispersion medium containing castor oil dielectric and polymer particles dispersed into the dispersion medium is used for one kind of constituent component of at least either the isocyanate component (A) or the active hydrogen compound component (B).
