<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of fixing an outflow direction of fuel flowing out from an outflow port to a direction different from a direction of a center shaft of a passage forming member of the check valve and a direction opposite to a mounted part of the passage forming member to mount a valve plate on the passage forming member, with a simple structure having excellent production efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The outflow of fuel is guided by a planar closing part 15a opened obliquely to a center shaft direction of the passage forming member 14 and two sheets of guide walls 17, and the outflow direction of fuel flowing out from the outflow port 14b is fixed to the direction different from the direction of the center shaft of the passage forming member 14 and the direction opposite to a mounting part 14e of the passage forming member 14. The check valve 10 is arranged on an outer wall of a saddle part Tc of a saddle type fuel tank T, and the outflow direction of the fuel flowing out from the check valve 10 is directed to a main tank part Ta side.
