PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an accurate ultrasonic inspection result by removing the noise from the ultrasonic signal received. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic inspection device includes an ultrasonic probe 10 for allowing an ultrasonic wave to enter a measuring object, and receiving the ultrasonic wave from the measuring object; and a calculation section 28 for measuring a peak interval in a spectrum of a signal by executing spectrum analysis of the ultrasonic signal received by the ultrasonic probe 10, and calculating the thickness of the measuring object by using peak intervals.
