The present invention relates to a colored photosensitive resin composition containing amine (meth)acrylate having a functional group which can co-react during radiation curing. The colored photosensitive resin composition of the present invention is provided with a superior sensitivity and resolution, and can thus obtain a pattern having a desired shape even with an exposure of 40mJ/cm2 or less. The colored photosensitive resin composition of the present invention has an excellent adhesive force to a glass substrate, and thus prevents a delamination of the pattern during a development process and a pressurized washing process. Thus, the present invention provides a colored photosensitive resin composition with superior developing properties, a color filter using same, and a liquid crystal display device.
