PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate a specific administrator in a simple way after distributed processing. SOLUTION: An arithmetic unit receives distributed information administrated by an administrator not to be invalidated, and restores secret information from the received distributed information. Then, the arithmetic unit generates random numbers, generates new distributed information from the generated random numbers, the restored secret information, and the index number of the administrator not to be invalidated, and transmits the generated new distributed information to an administrator terminal held by the administrator not to be invalidated.
