Provided is an oscillation generation device including means for generating oscillation or an oscillation signal having an audible range component as an oscillation component of an audio frequency range and an ultra high frequency component in a range exceeding the audible frequency range up to a predetermined maximum frequency and having a self-correlation order expressed by a predetermined first property and a predetermined second property.  The oscillation or the actual oscillation generated by the oscillation signal is applied to a human being so as to activate the key brain portion network system formed by a key brain portion executing the key functions including a brainstem, an optic thalamus, and a hypothalamus of the brain of the human being, and a key brain portion network which performs projection based on the key brain portion.
