<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction in the leak current that flows into the ground from a power conversion main circuit, by applying resistors for fixing a conductive potential in a power converter. <P>SOLUTION: By electrically connecting the potential of a heat sink (electrically conducting member), wherein an IGBT (semiconductor element) is mounted to a connection between resistors for fixing a conductive potential which are connected to a power conversion DC main circuit, the applied voltage between the ground and the heat sink (conducting member) is reduced, and the leak current that flows into the ground via a floating capacitance can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
