PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor in which the shaft seal member can be easily replaced.

SOLUTION: Housings (2, 3, 6) constituting an outer shell of the compressor (1) to which an internal mechanism having a compression mechanism is installed are closed, the shaft seal member (16) is installed to a drive shaft hole (110) formed to the housing (3) from an axial direction of the drive shaft hole (110), the rotative power transmission member (102) transmitting rotative power to the inside of the compressor is inserted into the drive shaft hole (110) to which the shaft seal member (16) is installed, and the rotative power transmission member (102) and the housing (3) are sealed.
