<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiving circuit and an optical coupling apparatus in which variations of transmission delay time of a turn off side is reduced and pulse width distortion is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit includes a light receiving element 10, a TIA 12 capable of outputting a first voltage signal, a voltage source 34 capable of supplying a second voltage signal for determining switching of a pulse, a voltage source 38 capable of supplying a third voltage signal, a level shift circuit 14 capable of subtracting a level shift voltage from the first voltage signal and outputting the result, a comparator 16 capable of converting the first voltage signal to pulses, and a control unit for enabling a shift control signal which outputs the first voltage signal by shifting to a low level side to be outputted when a value of the first voltage signal exceeds the third voltage signal, and capable of outputting the shift control signal so as to output an output of the level shift circuit by returning to a high level side after the output of the level shift circuit falls lower than the second voltage signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
