<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact member temperature control device for further efficiently controlling the temperature of its contact member in response to arrangement or a characteristic of a temperature receiving vessel existing on the skin contacting with a surface of the contact member. <P>SOLUTION: A steering device 1 for arranging cooling elements 3 and a heating element 4 so as to mixedly exist on a surface of the rim 20, has a power source 12 for the cooling elements for circularly supplying electric power in predetermined order to the respective cooling elements 3, and a power source 13 for the heating element for circularly supplying electric power in predetermined order to the respective heating elements 4. The power source 12 for the cooling elements and the power source 13 for the heating element circularly supply the electric power in predetermined order to the respective cooling elements 3 and heating element 4 so that arrangement of the cooling elements 3 and the heating element 4 simultaneously supplied with the electric power, is a unit pattern U adapted to the arrangement or the characteristic of the temperature receiving vessel existing on the skin contacting with the surface of the rim 20, and constitutes the unit pattern U including the two cooling elements 3 and the one heating element 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
