PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly the set timing of downlink radio resources allocated to "Persistent scheduling".

SOLUTION: This mobile communication method includes: a step A for a radio base station eNB reporting a first cycle and first information on a radio resource to a mobile station UE; and a step B for the mobile station UE determining a first allocation starting time point when a fixed allocation signal is received from the radio base station eNB, receiving downlink data via a downlink radio resource and transmitting acknowledgement information via an uplink radio resource with the first allocation starting time point as an origin. In the step B, the mobile station UE determines the uplink radio resource on the basis of the first information on the uplink radio resource and second information on the uplink radio resource included in the fixed allocation signal and transmits the acknowledgement information via the determined uplink radio resource.
