PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition and grease, having excellent low volatility for a long term under a high temperature condition. SOLUTION: The lubricant composition is provided by adding 0.1-5.0 mass% phenol-based antioxidant containing at least one 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl group, and 0.1-5.0 mass% alkylated phenyl-α-naphthylamine-based antioxidant, whose alkyl group is a 1-16C linear or branched chain, to an ester-based synthetic oil having 7.0-35.0 mm<SP>2</SP>/s dynamic viscosity at 40°C.
