PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus for driving a virtual machine, a virtual machine providing device, and a virtual machine service transmitting/receiving method using it. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus creates a first domain region 32 including at least one virtual machine built in the electronic apparatus by execution of the virtual machine, and a second domain region including at least one virtual machine downloaded from the virtual machine providing device for providing the virtual machine, and controls the created domain regions. The first domain region 32 includes a virtual machine operating section 18, a control section 10, a device driver section 12, a communication section 14, and a saving section 16.
