PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the strength of a column for a three-point seat belt to reduce the weight and the cost of the column. SOLUTION: A welfare vehicle includes: a platform 20; moving mechanisms 30, 40 for moving the platform 20 between a storage position inside a vehicle room and a get-on/off position of a wheel chair outside the vehicle room; and the column 25 for suspending/supporting a shoulder belt 53 of the three-point seat belt 50 on the platform 20. A suspending device 55 for suspending the shoulder belt 53 is fixed on an upper part of the column 25 by a shoulder anchor 27. An engagement part is provided at the shoulder anchor 27. When a seat belt load is applied to the shoulder anchor 27 in such a state that the platform 20 is in the storage position, an anchor receiving member 60 which can be engaged with the engagement part of the shoulder anchor 27 is fixed on the upper part of a rear pillar Cp.
