PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently improve communication quality even if a radio base station receives an interference signal in up-communication. SOLUTION: A wireless communication system 10A includes a radio base station BS1 which receives a first radio signal using a channel A from a radio terminal UE1, a radio base station BS2 which receives a second radio signal using the channel A from a radio terminal UE4 having a plurality of transmission antennas, and a controller 100A which controls the radio base station BS1 and the radio base station BS2. The radio base station BS1 generates interference information based on the arrival direction of the second radio signal to the radio base station BS1 when receiving the second radio signal from the radio terminal UE4. The controller 100A transmits the interference information to the radio base station BS2. The radio base station BS2 transmits control information for directing null points of directional beams that the plurality of transmission antennas form to the direction of the radio base station BS1 to the radio terminal UE4 on the basis of the interference information.
