PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and hasten the mounting (locking) of a J-shaped hook member, and to reduce the material cost and manufacturing cost of the J-shaped hook member. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, locking claws 10, 12 are cut and raised in a front piece 6 and respective side pieces 7 of a cushion pan 3 where a trim cover 5 is mounted, the J-shaped hook members 14a, 14b locked on the locking claw 10, 12 of the cushion pan 3 are sewn to the lower end part of the trim cover 5 for every part opposite to the front piece 6 and the respective side pieces 7, separately, and two vertical slits 15 are formed according to the width of the locking claw 10a functioning as a stopper on the front piece 6 side, at the J-shaped hook member 14a opposite to the front piece 6.
