PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high response and a high-quality picture with reduced variation of sensitivity due to environmental dependency. SOLUTION: A middle layer is provided between a conductive support and a photosensitive layer. The middle layer is a layer formed through heat curing of a coating solution for the middle layer containing a block isocyanate compound, a resin having two or more active hydrogen-containing groups capable of reacting with an isocyanate group in the block isocyanate compound, and an aqueous medium.
