PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy part which has an extremely complicated surface profile and thus exhibits an enhanced joinability to a resin member to be combined. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy member has a plurality of recessed parts with a mean opening width of 0.1-30μm over part or the whole of the surface, having a plurality of protrusions including a eutectic Si crystal in an inner surface, by chemical etching processing with an acid solution to a surface of an Al-Si based alloy cast member. The part in which the protrusions including the eutectic Si crystal has a sphere-equivalent diameter of 0.1-10μm, and a region to which only Si existing in a eutectic portion is distributed occupies 5-80%, when Si elemental and Al elemental analyses are conducted by mapping analysis of fluorescent X-ray, is obtained.
