<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board with a metal member having a metal layer and a metal member joined together on board, wherein no or little damage may be caused by resistance welding on a through conductor provided inside the board, and a bonding strength of the metal layer and metal member is large. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wiring board with metal member (1) has an insulating substrate (2), a metal layer (3) having a protrusion (4) provided on the surface of the insulating substrate (2), a metal member (5) connected by resistance welding to the protrusion (4) of the metal layer (3), a through conductor (6) provided in a lower part of the metal member (5) and inside the insulating substrate (2) and electrically connected to the protrusion (4).
