<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data transform of measured three-dimensional data into that of a common coordinate system so that the whole body is three-dimensionally measured by performing three-dimensional measurement from various directions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By attaching a sensor so that the position and the posture of a three-dimensional measurement head part can be measured from a joint part to allow the joint part to perform the measurement of the position and the posture from a fixed part, the position and the posture of the three-dimensional measurement head part from the fixed part that is fixed so as to be a reference are calculated, and the measured three-dimensional data are subjected to coordinate transform into a coordinate system of the fixed part, and recorded.
