PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally administrable jelly pharmaceutical formulation which has features as a jelly formulation such as taste masking effect, easiness in taking (fluidity), and easiness in carrying, in which a pharmaceutical ingredient made unstable by the presence of previously contained water and/or an amorphized pharmaceutical ingredient are stabilized over a long period of time, and which does not need complicated operations such as extemporaneous preparation at the time of taking. SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical ingredient made unstable by the presence of water and/or an amorphized pharmaceutical ingredient are once dissolved or suspended in a fat and oil, and the resultant solution or suspension is included in microcapsules. The microcapsules are mixed and formulated with a jelly agent to prepare an orally administrable jelly pharmaceutical formulation in which the pharmaceutical ingredients are stabilized over a long period of time and which does not need complicated operations such as extemporaneous preparation at the time of taking.
