PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influences of an external electric wave on a disk device. SOLUTION: The disk device 1 has: a deck 3 which carries a disk medium A inserted through a slot 4 to a recording position or a reproduction position to record or reproduce information in the disk medium A and carries the disk medium A in the recording position or the reproduction position toward the slot 4; and a chassis 2 in which the slot 4 is formed and the deck 3 is stored. The disk device 1 includes extending members 13A, 13B, 24A, 24B which are formed by conductive members or whose surfaces are covered with conductive films in such a way as crossing the shorter hand direction of the slot 4.
