The arrangement has a folding-top moved between opening and closing positions. A front element lies at a windscreen panel in the closed position of the folding-top. The front element is provided in a rear region of a cabriolet vehicle in the opening position. A cover flap (10) is moved between closing and releasing positions. An actuating device (13) moves the flap. The actuating device is actuated in the opening position of the folding top by a locking device (8), where the locking device is arranged at the front element. An independent claim is also included for a method for closing a rod entry opening of a cabriolet vehicle by a cover flap.
