PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cooled ice making machine that recovers water for cooling the water cooled ice making machine before it is drained and recycles the water for prewashing dishes and for work such as cleaning, as water for cooling the water cooled ice making machine is drained as it is and is not recycled. SOLUTION: A water pipe, a pump, a tank, and a water plug are connected to a drain pipe of the water cooled ice making machine, and cooling drainage is recovered and stored in the tank. In the food service industry, the water can be recycled for prewashing dishes after meals and for work such as cleaning to reduce the usage amount of tap water and save on a water rate.
