PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling valve adapter capable of filling an LP gas cylinder provided with a cylinder valve with a quick coupling with LP gas without using a head being exclusively for filling. SOLUTION: This coupling valve adapter 10 is an implement provided between the cylinder valve with quick coupling 60 mounted on the LP gas cylinder 90 and an angle valve 30 and connecting both of them to communicate. This coupling valve adapter 10 is provided with a body part 12 having a gas flow passage 11 having both of opened ends, a socket part 13 for connecting an opening 11a on one side of the gas flow passage 11 to a gas in/out port 63 of the cylinder valve with quick coupling 60 mounted on a neck of the LP gas cylinder 90, and a female screw type connection part 14 for connecting an opening 11b on the other side of the gas flow passage 11 to a cylinder mounting part 31 of the angle valve 30 detachably.
