PURPOSE: A zoom lens system and a photographic device capable of image stabilization are provided to accurately compensate the hand-shaking by rotating an optical path switching member. CONSTITUTION: An optical path switching member(120) which is rotated is arranged at an optical path between first and second zoom lenses(110,130). The optical path switching member switches an optical axis to enable the light to be incident to the second zoom lens from the first zoom lens. Light is incident onto a light incident surface(120a), and a total reflection surface(120c) changes the optical path by total-reflecting the incident light. A light emitting surface(120b) emits the light, and the optical path switching member comprises a prism.
