PURPOSE: A building equipment system is provided to easily set a control point for building equipment to register. CONSTITUTION: A gateway unit(10) provides control point information of building equipment. A central control unit(20) controls the gateway unit and the building equipment. The central control unit stores basic control point information about the building equipment. The central control unit realizes a control screen of the building equipment. A control point setting unit(30) generates control point setting information for the building equipment based on the control point information and the basic control point information. The control point setting unit transfers the control point set up information which becomes as described above to the central control unit.
