PURPOSE: A ventilation device for a vehicle is provided to reduce noise caused by the discharged air by controlling the size and the number of discharge holes. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device(100) for a vehicle comprises an air conditioning unit(60), an air transfer pipe(70), a duct(30), a guide(40), a cover(50). The air transfer pipe is connected to the air conditioning unit to transfers the air. The duct communicates with the air transfer pipe to guide the air. The guide is installed in the duct and changes the flow direction of the air. The cover is connected to the duct and discharges the air. The duct comprises a body(31) and a protrusion(32). The body comprises a connecting hole(33) communicating with the air transfer pipe and the front of the body is opened. The protrusion is protruded from the body and is connected to the cover by vibration fusion.
