PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous imprinted polymer particle is provided to control the number of an adsorption site of a heavy metal ion, and to secure the high regeneration efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous imprinted polymer particle capable of separating a heavy metal ion comprises the following steps: producing a metal salt-acid monomer complex solution by reacting a metal salt solution, an acid monomer, and a basic monomer; producing a stabilizer aqueous solution; mixing the metal salt-acid monomer complex solution and the stabilizer aqueous solution, and adding a porogenic solution; obtaining a polymer with a metal ion by polymerizing the mixed solution; and removing the metal ion form the polymer.
