METHOD FOR FORMING A GROOVE ON THE HOT WATER MAT AND FORMING DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for forming a plumbing groove of a hot water-mat are provided to prevent a heating hose from being separated from a floor pad using a hose holder when the heating hose is inserted in to the plumbing groove. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a plumbing groove of a hot water-mat comprises: a preparation step(S10) of locating a mold protrusion having a neck part and a heat part on the upper part of a floor pad; a pad compression step(S20) of compressing the mole protrusion on the floor pad; and a pad separation step(S30) of separating the mold protrusion from the floor pad when the diameter of a hose laying part corresponds to the diameter of a heating hose.
