PURPOSE: A drum brake for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts because only one brake shoe is installed inside a drum. CONSTITUTION: A drum brake for a vehicle comprises a drum(10), a brake shoe(20), an anchor block(40), and a wheel cylinder(50). The drum revolves with wheels of a vehicle. The brake shoe is arranged in an inner side of the drum and attached with a lining which rubs with the inner surface of the drum. The anchor block supports one end of the brake shoe. The wheel cylinder supports the other end of the brake shoe and rotates the brake shoe around one end of the brake shoe supported by the anchor block.
