MANFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITE GIRDER USED STEEL-CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A steel-concrete composite girder manufacturing method using a connection bracket is provided to increase the load carrying capacity at the connection point of the steel-concrete composite girder monomer. CONSTITUTION: A unit in which steel-concrete is synthesized is manufactured(S1). A splice plate is attached on the side face of each unit(S2). A fastening hole and a correspondence fastening hole are combined using a fastener(S1-1). A reinforcement plate is attached on the top and lower part of the connection bracket(S3). A high tension bolt and a coupling hole are formed on the connection bracket and reinforcement plate. A high tension bolt is inserted in the combining aperture and is fixed with the joints using a fixing nut(S3-1).
