<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy imitation by enhancing the anti-counterfeit effect of a printed matter when secret information is printed on consumer electronic appliances such as a cellular phone and important documents such as a pasteboard of an important printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: First information 3 is printed on a print medium 2 using photochromic inks of a plurality of colors. With respect to the printed matter 1 such as the consumer electronic appliances and the important documents, this effectively prevents counterfeit with a plurality of steps of security.
