PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge head which can restrict cross-talk, and a wiring structure suitable for the head, and to reduce manufacturing costs of the wiring structure. SOLUTION: The wiring structure has a power supply line 25 for supplying power to a driver 23, a ground line 26 for making the driver a ground potential, a first constant potential line 27 for applying a first constant potential to a first constant potential electrode 12, a second constant potential line 28 for applying a second constant potential to a second constant potential electrode 13, and first and second short-circuiting lines 29 and 30. Two line groups comprising the four lines 25-28 are provided on the same surface of a wiring board 21. In the first line group, the power supply line 25 and the first constant potential line 27 are arranged in the center, and the first short-circuiting line 29 is set astride the central two lines 25 and 27 on the same surface as the surface where the line group is prepared. In the second line group, the ground line 26 and the second constant potential line 28 are arranged in the center, and the second short-circuiting line 30 is set astride the central two lines 26 and 28 on the same surface as the surface where the line group is prepared.
