PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar secondary battery capable of preventing reduction in a battery capacity. SOLUTION: The bipolar secondary battery has a power generating element formed by laminating bipolar electrodes and electrolyte layers containing supporting salt and solvent. Each of the bipolar electrodes includes a collector containing conductive resin layers using a resin as a base material, a positive electrode active material layer formed on one surface of the collector, and a negative electrode active material layer formed on the other surface of the collector. An absolute value of the difference between a solubility parameter (SP<SB>1</SB>) of the resin forming the base material of any one of the resin layers contained in the collectors and a solubility parameter (SP<SB>2</SB>) of the solvent is ≥1.9.
