<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an occurrence of a defective appearance on a rear case of a mobile electronic equipment. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile electronic equipment has a rear case of an upper housing, and a front case of the upper housing capable of being screwed with the rear case of the upper housing, an inner surface of the front case being faced to an inner surface of the rear case. The rear case of the upper housing includes a first rear case 8 for forming a main part of the exterior, and a second rear case 9 having a mounting part capable of mounting the first rear case 8 on its external surface side. At least a boss section 10 for screwing is formed on the side opposite to the external surface side of the second rear case 9, and the front case of the upper housing is screwed to the boss section 10 of the second rear case 9.
