<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vial bottle feeding apparatus for taking out a vial bottle which is suited to the data of a prescription or is required for filling a medical agent, and a vial bottle cassette used in the apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the vial bottle feeding apparatus for arranging the plurality of vial cassettes 2 side by side and taking out a required vial by a suction tool 10, the vial cassette 2 includes a bucket 20 and a bucket pedestal 21 for tiltably supporting the bucket, and the bottom plate and both side plates of the bucket 2 are inclined so as to be lowered to a position to which the suction tool is to be lowered. A push-up rod 15 attached to a tool frame 1 for thrusting up the bucket 20 of each vial cassette 2 is provided, and when the number of the vial bottles becomes small and the nozzle of the suction tool 10 can not suck them, the operation of thrusting up the bucket 20 by the push-up rod 15 is performed, and the vial bottles inside the bucket are rolled by the vibration and are moved to positions where they can be sucked.
