PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and surely travel and drive a traveling body 4 in parallel, in a car washing machine including the traveling body 4 supported by a pair of right and left guide rails 2a and 2b provided in a structure 1 for support and injection nozzles 8 and 9 for washing water, etc. SOLUTION: In the traveling body 4, transmission shafts 37a and 37b of right and left horizontal directions continuous between both the right and left end parts are supported to be a parallel front and rear pair, and wheels 33a to 34b for support rolling on each of horizontal plate parts 16c of a pair of right and left guide rails are mounted at both ends of both the transmission shafts 37a and 37b. A pair of front and rear wheels 35 for positioning rotatable around a vertical shaft fitted into a recessed groove of the guide rail 2a on an adjacent one side are journaled at an end part of a right and left direction of the traveling body 4. In the traveling body 4, an output shaft of a motor 39 arranged on an intermediate lower side of the two transmission shafts 37a and 37b and the two transmission shafts 37a and 37b are interlocked and connected by a chain transmission means 38 including a chain stretched in a triangular shape.
