PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable composition whose sprayed matter is excellent in drying characteristics after application irrespective of containing a great amount of water and is not sticky in use and after use, and that forms foam having resiliency and extinguishing at once by external force. SOLUTION: The foamable aerosol composition forming foam having resiliency includes at least one substance selected from the group consisting of protein, protein hydrolyzates, and their derivatives.
