<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow people to hear an audio guide based on train information with discriminating mixed sounds from a speaker arranged overhead in a platform. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By an audio output controller 10, audio instructing data as the train information for the audio guide is outputted in accordance with position information of a train from a detector 1 for detecting the position of the train for each preset closed block and train moving information from an external device 2. An audio signal for the audio guide is outputted in accordance with the audio instructing data by an audio output device 20. Then, the audio output controller 10 is connected to the audio output device 20 through an audio signal line 24 and the audio guide based on the train information is broadcast from a guide information broadcast device 40 in which flat panel speakers 41 as the speakers arranged along the platform of a station are incorporated.
