<p>Disclosed is a film base for an adhesive patch, which has excellent stretch properties, chemical resistance, flexibility and the like, while being free from decrease in strength and generation of wrinkles due to the swelling of the film base caused by the affects of an adhesive layer that contains a medicine and the like, when the film base is used for an adhesive patch. The film base for an adhesive patch also exhibits excellent adhesion to the adhesive layer that contains a medicine and the like, and fits well on the body. Also disclosed is an adhesive patch using the film base for an adhesive patch. Specifically disclosed is a film base for an adhesive patch, which is obtained by forming a water-swellable polyurethane layer on one surface of an elastomer layer. The film base for an adhesive patch is characterized by having a stress at 10% elongation (a 10% modulus) of 0.2-3.0 N/25 mm, a 20% modulus of 0.3-4.0 N/25 mm, and a 50% modulus of 0.5-5.0 N/25 mm.</p> |
