The system (1) has an adjusting pump (4), where a throttle point (5) of a flow control valve (6) lies in a pressure-lateral connection of the pump to a load (2). The throttle point controls a differential pressure controller with a flow regulating piston working as a pressure compensator. The piston controls a servo unit (7) depending on the pressure difference between pump-lateral and load-lateral pressure. The adjusting pump has a constant flow pump (8) that is joined in parallel, and the servo unit that allows reversing of a conveying direction of the adjusting pump.
