<p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a solar cell substrate with an CDS/MEH-PPV hybrid structure is provided to improve optical and optical catalyst property by controlling recombination of a electron-hole pair. CONSTITUTION: A CdS nano-wire is added on a glass substrate. A MEH-PPV complex polymer is coated in the CdS nano-wire. A gold front electrode is formed on the MEH-PPV complex polymer. The MEH-PPV complex polymer is heat-treated under 100-140°C for 8~12 minutes. The glass substrate is a tin oxide glass substrate.</p> |
