PURPOSE: A high temperature tensile strength testing device and an elongation ratio measuring device which is included in the same are provided to increase the durability and reliability of devices by preventing damage to an elongation ratio measuring device by fires. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature tensile strength testing device comprises a high-temperature tension unit(10) and an elongation measurement unit. The high temperature tension unit applies tensile force to the test body. The high temperature tension unit selectively makes of test body in a high temperature state. The elongation ratio measurement unit measures the extension of the test body. The high temperature tension unit comprises a basic frame part(20) and a tensile force application part(30) and a heating part(50). The tensile force application part comprises a top test body loader(31a) and a lower part test body loader(31b).
