PURPOSE: A film with luster is provided to allow a user to reuse the film with luster to be reused by enabling the re-adhesion and re- exfoliation between the film and a PVC layer. CONSTITUTION: A film with luster is cut for a draft attached to an adhesion object fabric and is formed with polyethylene. A silicon adhesive layer is laminated on the bottom of the film. A PVC layer(130) is combined with the film through the silicon adhesive layer. A hot melt layer(140) is laminated on the bottom of the PVC layer is combined with the object fabric.
