<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel lithium-air cell in which a discharge capacity is prevented from deteriorating due to jam of products in fine pores representing porosity of an air pole, continuous discharge can be performed, generation of a large amount of hydrogen based on reaction of moisture in the air and lithium metal of a negative electrode, and production of lithium nitride based on reaction of nitrogen in the air and lithium metal of the negative electrode can be prevented as much as possible, and a positive electrode dedicated to charge is disposed so as to prevent the air pole from being poisoned and provide very excellent practicality. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium-air cell provided with a negative electrode containing lithium metal, an electrolyte for the negative electrode, a separator, an electrolyte for an air pole, and an air pole in this order, is characterized in that the separator includes a solid electrolyte that passes only lithium ions therethrough and preferably a positive electrode only for charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
