<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of an operator in collecting printing operation. <P>SOLUTION: A printing machine controller 10 includes a signal acquiring part 12a, a control condition determining part 12b, a condition specifying part 12c, and an information display part 12d. The signal acquiring part 12a obtains an electric signal concerning the condition of the printing machine 1. The control condition determining part 12b determines whether or not the condition of the printing machine 1 is uniquely decided that corresponds to the electric signal obtained by the signal acquiring part 12a. The condition specifying part 12c, when the condition of the printing machine 1 corresponding to the electric signal concerning the condition of the printing machine 1 is not uniquely decided, specifies as a printing operation the condition of the printing machine 1 inferred from the combination of a plurality of electric signals.
