<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact sensor for detecting the acceleration of a wide angle reduced in non-sensitive region. <P>SOLUTION: A rectangular storing part 2 is formed in the center of a support 1, a weight 3 for detecting acceleration is arranged in the storing part 2, and a frame body 4 is arranged on the upper face of the support 1. The frame body 4 forms openings 5a-5d, forms beams 6a-6d between the openings 5a-5d. The beams 6a-6d support a displacement part 7 to be displaced to receive the action of acceleration in the center of the frame body 4. Upper faces of the beams 6a-6d form detection elements 8a-8d detecting the displacement of a displacement body 7. The detection elements 8a-8d are connected in series so that outputs of the two detection elements are canceled, and the total of output signals of the detection elements 8a-8d is calculated to detect acceleration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
