<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with problems of a traffic jam in public roads by improving a land block ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A building structure 100 includes a roof 110 having a top surface 113 structured to store marine cargo containers. At least one floor 120 is positioned beneath the roof 110, and at least one piece of marine cargo handling equipment is mounted on the top surface 113.
