<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing machine that always enables easy developer replacement without leaving any developer in an image forming apparatus even when the life time of developer reaches its end and replacement time arrives and that prevents defect in image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The developing machine has a developing roll and a conveying roll inside and also has a developer discharging shutter that opens or closes a developer discharging opening in the lower part thereof.
